It's believed that we all have some Candida. Whether it gets out of control to the point of being a problem seems to be the variable. In my own case (and currently my daughter), I used a probiotic that acts upon protein and is rather unknown to most people, even health practitioners, oddly enough. It's called Lactobasilus Salivarius and it's found in high amounts in collostrum. It goes into the body first to support the other probiotics, most of which are found in milk. It works well.
