Re: Yes, that it is

Tonsil stones are very common!

I clean my tonsils after brushing my teeth and have not had stones in years. Basically, I take a small flashlight in one hand, a small toothbrush that has a smooth blunt end, and press the blunt end against the sides of the tonsils so that any stones are squeezed out. I do get a very small amount of white liquid sometimes, which I believe to be what the stones form from if not removed. You can see the holes or pits in your tonsils where the stones come out (where saliva comes out). Tonsils are very delicate so be gentle and use a long smooth blunt ended object. I dip the blunt end in Listerine before using it, and gargle Listerine afterwards to prevent infection. Listerine gargle helps to clean out the tonsils and saliva pits too. I don't think lemon water or cayenne would do much.
