Throat cleansing - very gross

Hello all,

Thought this might be the best forum to post this on, some other forums are not as responsive as curezone, or it grosses them out.

This is gross, well, I think it is.

I am doing the candida very aggresively. Had been on 7 months of Antibiotics for LYME disease.

Anyways, I am soo ill in the lung area, like asthmatic, throat closure feelings. Was not sure if to go to hospital cause thought I was getting the LYME back, and now I think it is candida cleansing.

I am clearing my throat, then really clearing it and bringing up little orange pieces of mucus or just toxins, hardened ones.
The smell when I pressed it between a kleenex is so terribel, like rotten breath. I know have have stuff in the lungs, the mucus that is now starting to slowly come up, but this, what happened today, was SUCH! a surprise.
I have been having a foul taste in mouth, so this could be why, it is finally coming up.

Also, doing URINE therapy, the 5th day. Was so desperate and so ill thought I had to do something, and urine therapy, well, it was not somehting I wanted to do, but, I wanted to live.

Anyone else have this come up? It is the colour of an orange peel and smells like a stinky bowel movement. SORRY! so gross,
but that is what it is.

Happy to have it come up. Maybe the breathing will turn around and I can go outside again. I have been housebound for about one year so sick.
