Re: Smoking and Candida

My friend,

Candida has always something in common; it is called toxicity, toxins, like heavy metals and others. If you continue polluting your body with smoke (Cadium, mercury, etc) you will never be able to address properly your Candida problem, therefore Candida is nothing but a call to change your life style to a healthier life I mean smoke free, junk food free etc. Also you have to clean your body as there is an accumulation of toxins and also balance back your intestinal flora with probiotics and good diet, therefore and before you get sicker once and for all give up smoking and find out more and more on how detoxify your body (liver, blood, lungs, kidney). You can kill or control Candida but it will come back if there is and ideal scenario to thrive. So it is not an easy task but you really have to change your life drastically if you don't want to deteriorate your health more and end up with a chronic illness.

regards,

Rod.
