i agree with what others are saying, however, i felt like you did for most of my life...seemed as i got older, the more i had, and more intense.
i finally found a doctor who believes in flushes/cleanses/herbs ect and he sent me to a liver doctor. it was then i found the culprit of all my issues.
it was not depresson (for over 10 years i complained only to be put back on something else for deppression because that seemed the most likely) i then fired him and got a good doc, and found out i had liver disease! not only fatty (NASH) liver, but HCV as well.
Depression is a symtpom of a disease, it is not a disease entirely based on itself. i'd get a good work up, ask to be tested for hepatitis c, whether or not your doctor feels you have risk factors.
there is over 5 million in the united states alone that have hcv, and half of those don't even know it!
