The only expansionism going on in the world today is from the US and its stooges. Actually the way expansion is implemented is by setting up puppet causes - bogey-men - fall guys. Demonising the other. Then fighting a phoney war on a phoney enemy.

Yes - first there was the crusades (initiated by the west). Then colonialism (initiated by the west). And finally imperialism (initiated by the west). But at least we had the decency to wage our wars on their soil. Guess that makes them guilty.
