I gotta admit I've been eating soy products every day, mainly because I've cut way down on animal proteins...and have nixed dairy foods entirely. And...true...I have also read that soy can adversely affect the thyroid, etc. But then we read that the soy industry is as powerful as the dairy industry, and therefore as "deceitful."
Both the dairy industry and the soybean industry claim their goodies are better for us than their "competitor." Gets confusing. I don't think I'm allergic to soy, but then who knows! Maybe I'd feel a heck of a lot better if I tried giving it up too. So what's left? :)
