Weird Question!

The many uses for vinager, I should of passed on this one, I heard for removing discolorations on the skin you can rub vinager on to it. So I did but on a sensitive area, on my penis. The skin became raw and slightly cut.- apoligize that this is crude
After it healed the skin felt diferent and still does, it looks healed but still has a raw feeling. Is there anything I can put on it to have it heal all the way- meaning feel normal again.
I would like any tips for this situation.
