Roaches in potatoes

I brought a 5 pound bag of potatoes. After getting them home, I discovered there were roaches in them. Can't seem to get rid of those pesty walls crawlers now (although its only a few).

Does anyone have any suggestions of a natural way to get rid of them. I'm trying to act now before they build up an army and overtake the house (which would leave me homeless).
