Anything at all I can do, I am happy too :-)

Everyone has different ideas of how they should help themselves or, it just doesn't seem to be all that important to them until something really happens.
All you can do is make the information... available to them, and then hope they will do something about it, which is the best you can do. Unless they will let you make them, hehe, just kidding, as they have to want to.
It is wonderful that your family has someone such as yourself that cares so much and wants so much to help, there is always more happiness in giving than receiving, but, the important thing is, that you do not reduce your own health in the process, nurture yourself too, even if they don't want to. :-)
