Aspirin and HOT WATER!

Old timers know the trick of removing pressure on the Vagus Nerve and lowering blood ammonia levels that can poison heart tissue by drinking HOT WATER. Only they don't know this is what they are doing.

Drink some HOT WATER! The heat in the water will relax the gut and induce peristalsis which will relieve any gas bubbles pressing on the Vagus Nerve, which can trigger an at-risk heart. And the water itself will dilute blood ammonia levels which poisons heart (and other) tissue. High blood ammonia can cause "thought recycling" stroke symptoms, too, besides those little ripper heart attacks that start going up the left arm. B-6 in small doses (50 mg) daily has the same effect of lowering blood ammonia levels, although at high doses B-6 will cause nerve damage.

Aspirin will prevent blood clots from punky heart function, so take your aspirin, and take it with HOT WATER!

BLESS YOUR HEARTS--AND MINE!
