Only if they LET you...and some people hate themselves so much that they will do anything to sabotage any love that comes their way in order to validate their feelings about themselves!

They hate themselves...they don't feel deserving of love...they behave in ways that even a saint would find hard to take...and then they say "See...nobody loves me...I must be unlovable!"...which confirms their self-hatred...and the cycle feeds itself!

The problem is...this scenario is all about ONE person...and a marriage or loving relationship involves TWO people!

And EVERYONE needs love!!!

A husband shouldn't have to be a daddy or therapist to his wife...let alone a saint! A marriage is a partnership...and if a partner can't step up to the plate...she shouldn't be playing in the game!!! Tweet
