Re: My Results...

Hi,
You didn't post how old you are, but it is possible that you don't have stones. However, I'd probably give it one more try to make sure. Also, I fall asleep laying on my back, but then I sleep whichever way is comfortable. One other thought: you might want to to a parasite/bowel/ kidney cleanse before you do another liver cleanse, if you haven't already done them. Dr. Clark says that the Liver Cleanses are more successful if you do those other cleanses first. I'm sure the cleanse you did accomplished what it was supposed to though, and you could be one of the few people who don't have stones!

I was somewhat wakeful throughout the night, with feelings of nausea (but I did not vomit). I did toss and turn a bit, as I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to stay on my back the whole night. When my bowels moved (much diarrhea), not a single stone came out. Why do you think I didn't pass any stones? Was I supposed to lie flat on my back the whole night? Or could it be that I don't have any stones? I am pretty healthy, and have never had any gallbladder pain. It was a pretty yucky experience for me with the nausea, especially hard taking the Epsom Salts . What do you think? Thanks!!!
