Sounds like you are on track to me. 2 pounds lost the first day... 1 pound lost every day since and you are just freaking out because your mind is crying out like a child being denied candy... in your case food.
Keep yourself busy, occupied doing something to KEEP your MIND off the no food syndrome. Stay away from TV with Commercials. I find the evenings such as NOW the hardest also. I bought all nine seasons of the X-Files on DVD. I am going to go watch them NOW till I am cross-eyed. No Commercial and they very seldom eat during the Episodes.
Swig some Maple syrup... drink lots of water. Are you drinking One glass of water to one glass of Lemonade? You must keep hydrated and the water also helps you to feel full. Drink water, one to one and then some.
So many people think they are getting the water they need from the Lemonade. NOT SO!
