I lost 2 pounds the first day and 1 pound a day thereafter for ALMOST 16 days. I was getting sick the last few days before I quit (too soon for my goal) so I only lost 13 pounds in 17 days. I have a LOT of weight to lose, so it is not as if I am not too heavy and not got much to lose. I am a HEFFER!
I was very disappointed with the pound a day, but I believe a pound is more the case, from what I have been reading, than the 2 pounds a day.
Perhaps very active people lose 2 pounds a day or those who exersize. I wish I could.
