Re: The Food Craving of the Day

lol...I am glad to know I am not the only one who hears food talk to me! Amazing the voices you can hear from inside the frigerator! Shopping on a cleanse can sometimes feel like a Stephen King movie...so many things wanting to dive into one's cart and yabbering for attention. I tell myself, it will all be there later and I have the rest of my life to enjoy things I seem to be craving. Actually though, after the cleanse, I still tended to pick good food choices.
