i know the feeling! Its day 7 for me and this has been the easiest Master-Cleanse out of four previous ones -3-4-10 days that i've done or i should say ...It took me a couple trys to make it to my first 10 days.
I can't beleive how easy it has been since day 4
I feel so energenic and my mind is clear and focused. I feel wonderful and I'm going for 21 days this time. I might go longer if my body & spirit are feeling this good at day 21 i'll shoot for 30.
To all you Master-Cleanse beginners out there....it does get better! your doing great!!!! Tweet
