Ahh, I see what you mean. Yes, the "little meals" throughout the day works great for me. If I go too long without the lemonade, I get VERY agitated and crabby and that's when my willpower starts to crack, so i figure i just keep drinking every so often so I'm always on an even keel.
I put too much cayenne in my first batch, so I just took a huge swigs and chased them down with water so I wouldn't waste that batch. Soon though, you'll find that you can tolerate more cayenne.
Yup! Make sure it's organic mint tea though. The lax tea is only for use at night. ALthough the mint tea is permitted, I've never found a clearcut answer as to how much, so I generally do not more than one cup per day, and I only usually do it at times when I'm really craving something or want comfort food at night. I know, isn't it pathetic we are excited over mint tea? lol!
I do the lax tea at night, and the swf in the mornings. I leave a couple hours before I have to leave the house, and that is usually fine with me. The swf works a lot faster than the tea, and when you take it..you can sorta gauge when and how much is going to come out instead of worrying about when the lax tea will hit and worrying about where you might be.
On to day 2! We can do it!
