Strain out the pulp! I read the pulp can make you feel hungry cuz it activates your digestive system. Drink an ice water or a peppermint tea in between each lemonade. I tried a liter for breakfast then water and tea, a liter for lunch then water and tea and then whenever I wanted after that with water inbetween. You might want to drink more than this but be sure to keep hydrated inbetween. Keep busy. I found that going to the gym and just walking made me completely forget about food. Go out and do something to keep your mind off of it. It gets easier.
