I know this topic is 24h old, but I noticed you stated you've been doing water and tea. I missed the lemonade. How many have you been taking in daily? Maybe this was mentioned in another post somewhere?
As someone else stated, if you feel you need to break for health and wellness reasons, by all means, take that into heavy consideration. I do believe more information is needed before much more is concluded though, like what is your history? Pressure issues? Other major illnesses or conditions? What preceded the fainting? Was it sudden or precipitated? For some, fainting doesn't necessarily a serious medical issue (I've fainted from excited shock before, not bad health). For others, well... investigate heavily.
But, alas, your question goes more to breaking and not the fainting.
