I fought my headaches with the recommended Epsom Salt baths and enemas, actually doing both, one right after the other. I used about 2 cups of ES for the bath and plain water (plus a drop of peppermint) for the enema. I also dosed my senses with lavendar oil, candlelight and soft music (pamper yourself).
Ice is always great for nausea. As suggested, place ice on the back of your neck (plus anyplace where you get "hot" like forehead). Also hold a cube of ice in each palm until the nausea subsides.
First and foremost, drink another lemonade then load yourself with more water. I'm a believer in the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) for a good flushing as well. If I can do it, well... you know...
If you have a partner or friend at home, a massage may do well for you too. Be sure to get those feet rubbed if you're so lucky!
