Any SERIOUS side effects from stopping the cleanse early???

Its day 6... and I fainted today... Ive been following the directions and drinking plenty of water as well as the tea. Id like to come off the cleanse now but wanted to know if there is any side effects if I do... I will do the cleanse again maybe when Im more prepared... Thank you guys for all of your help...
