Anyhoo... You said you'd like to start now, as in right now. But it's probably best you not only read the manual (thrice and again), but take some time to go through a solid number of posts here to get some words of wisdom from the Master-Cleanse elders. I just don't think it's the best thing to jump right into the Master-Cleanse or much else without some time spent researching it. You'll still have questions (as you can see from so many of us) but at least you'll be equipped with stronger personal knowledge. And we'll be here ta help ya! Tweet
