Re: Day 1 and I have a migrane headache
Just to clarify...taking over the counter pain killers ARE NOT a part of
The Master Cleanse and was never even an option except by those who deviated from the book.
This recent post
//www.curezone.org/forums/m.asp?f=478&i=44189 highlights the use of WATER to dilute the detox that can often be heavy depending on what degree of toxicity a faster brings to the cleanse. (see cure #5)
Often people dismiss or diminish the amount of caffeine they are ingesting in the way of aspirin, caffeinated drinks such as sodas, coffee, tea. It is highly recommended that you gradually withdraw from using caffeinated drinks and products before you begin your cleanse.
Also, the first couple of days for some are the most difficult relative to feeling blah and for others, those blah days come a little later. These are normal reactions that often can be treated by drinking more water, lemonade, or using theraputic baths. Something as simple as using an ice pack or a cold package of veggies like peas for a compress or laying in a darkened room can also be of benefit.
Popping ibuprofen which is a further burden on one's liver or popping Maalox which contains aluminum is not something which should be done casually if at all.
Be happy, be well,
