ooo I'll defer to a more experienced MC'er on that one lol. I'll be OJing for the whole first day then adding light soups, especially like the one detour posted -- sounds great. I've also added yogurt to my grocery list and will try a spoonfull or two late in the day of break day 1 and more on break day 2. I'll break over 2 days but preferrably 3 days. Looking forward to trying some new healthier recipes I've found!
