What she said ^ You can find aloe vera in the suntan lotion section of your local store. Prices have gone up :o( About 4 something per bottle.

Also wipe (and spray) with witch hazel. Witch hazel is what's used on hemorrhoid pads like Tucks, etc. Buy your own... it's cheap, and put some in a spray bottle undiluted.

Either method can be used or combined as often as you need.
