Sometimes very toxic people can release more toxins than their bodies can handle and they become quite ill while fasting. If you think this may be your problem, then try to do 3-5 days of Master Cleanse, or another fasting cleanse once a month. You might also want to do some colon and Liver Cleansing between fasts. This is what I had to do before I could complete my first 10 day Master Cleanse. It can take months or even years to really cleanse, but every little bit helps. If you will commit yourself to a healthy Diet that works best for your body's needs and do occasional fasting cleanses that will halt digest for a few days, I am sure you will soon see a remarkable improvement in your health including the chest pains.
