Wow Paul.. Thanks for the inspiring posting. I'm 278 and need to get down below 200 myself. I don't think I'm doing it during my first 10 day cycle, but ya never know where I'll end up. I don't feel so bad now on day 3, haha.
Good luck Paul. As far as breaking the 209, exercise is the only thing you can do since you aren't eating (and since you've already decreased your syrup intake). If you can decrease your syrup intake any further, maybe try that? I'm sure you'll feel hungry if you do that though. Also, if you are excersing pretty good and you aren't moving off of 209, then I'll put money on it that you're building muscle at the same time you're losing fat. Especially if you're going up in weight.
Scales don't tell everything when you're dieting/exercising. Don't concentrate on it too much.
