These days (and the first time I did the Master-Cleanse a few years back come to think of it) I’ve been craving steamed string beans and sweet potatoes. In a pinch, I nuke a sweet spud in a dish of shallow water though I guess baking is better. I only add a little Sea Salt and pepper and chow down. I've been craving this more than anything else for the past few days (I'm on day 9). Though sweat potatoes may ok, I think I'll focus more on the string bean part with just a wee bit of SP.
BTW, I've read some of yr postings. I think you should buy THE BOOK ;). Here's an Amazon link to a bunch of used and new Master Cleanse books; that's how I got mine. They're pretty inexpensive; all under $7.
