Somer like I said curently I am not working out that much at all, I want the tissue in my knee (cartilage damage) to heal up, and thats why I wanted to do the 40 day cleanse. In a couple days I planned to start working out little bit, and slowly increase by the time I finish the cleanse that I am somewhere around 70% of my intensity. I do a lot of stabilization exercises, rarely I do something with heavy weights - more less just my own weight. In college they made us lift like crazy, and since I was in europe I noticed how much I am more flexible and how much my core is stronger eventhough I do not lift heavy weights.
But thanks again for the advice, if I start having problems I will switch to the juice cleanse :)
