I started my 4th Master-Cleanse today. The first three were all short(about 5 days each).
I'm not sure how long I'll go this time. I was thinking a short one (3 days) and then do a parasite cleanse for 3 weeks and try to eat as raw as I can, then do a liver flush.
the first day is always really hard for me. it's noon and I'm already wanting to eat. so, I'm here for support.
