I know a lot of people will say things like, "if it ain't broke don't fix it" (That's what I was told here when I asked similar questions) But I have a naturopath sort of person that I've worked with and he thought me taking liquid chloryphil (however it's spelled) was great. and I felt great. It doesn't interfere with your body detoxing. He even recommended having a little homemade vegie broth if I felt like I needed it. I would try a little and see how you feel. if you feel good after having it, I would go with it. If you feel naseous, I would try something different. Tweet
