I've lost a little over 18 lbs in 9 days. I am going to go off the Master-Cleanse after tomorrow because of several reasons--mainly I am wanting to continue training for my half marathon and I can't because I don't have the stamina on the MC. I can do the 2-3 shorter runs (3-5 miles) during the week with no ill effect but I do a longer run once a week and could not this weekend.
My plan is to follow the book--day 1 a bit of OJ but not too much, day 2 OJ and broth and then day 3 salad and broth, etc. I am also going to do a liver cleanse in 10-14 days. I may go back on the Master-Cleanse after my half marathon in March--well after my full marathon in May actually. I just need more fuel to do races like that.
I am curious how the weight will come off and I imagine it will be more slowly but will continue. My plan is to stay off coffee, have some green tea instead and limit my dairy to non fat plain yogurt in moderation. I'm excited to have done this and am convinced I could not have done it without al the support and information from this board. So thank you!
