you are so right in saying don't worry about the weight. i really do want to change my eating patterns and start over with a clean, trash free body. the weight loss will come when i change my habits. i won't overdo the exercising. plan on running only 2 miles a day while on the mc. i do however want to get back into running long distances like i used to, when i am finished with the mc, and am healthier. thanks for your words of encouragement. best wishes to you!!
