No, luckily my head did not hit anything at all. I landed on my left side and broke my fall with my hand. It was a small car (it was going pretty fast though) so the impact was on my hip. I'm lucky it wasn't a truck. I would probably not be here right now.

Anyway, thanks for the advice. I will continue the Master-Cleanse then.
