Re: OJ Day/coming off the MC and broke out in itchy blisters on my knees

THATS NOT WHAT I SAID, I said you should continue on the MCF and break on a high according to book, but you continued eating YOUR NOT SUPPOSE TO BE EATING REAL WELL,when you breaking a fast and for a few more days you are suppose to eat healthy.

It is a slow process getting your digestive tract in working condition again.Do you have the book? First day of Break is orange juice all day sipped slowly
Second day drink orange juice half of day, than broth with vegetables cooked, eat broth and later in the day broth and a few of the cooked vegetables
Third day fruit juice, fruit,AM, Vegetable Juice lightly cooked Vegetables, maybe a salad if you feel up to it.
Because you did five days, you would be able to eat here, it is suggested to eat as third day, but add raw vegetables, a few nuts, a little piece of fish or chicken toward evening
While you are breaking you are suppose to Do Smooth Tea in evening and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in AM. So for the first the days you should have been doing that too. Hope you did.
I have not done the liver flush, so someone else may be able to help you figure that out of on the liver forum, their very good their to help you.
YOU NEED TO GET THE INFORMATION BEFORE DOING IT SO YOU DON'T GET IN MISERABLE SHAPE, IT IS SO MUCH EASIER
