what happend today is- I didn't do the swb too well in the morning and only somthing came out - then after reading hear I realized I need to drink extra water with the lemonaid- so at about 7 or before I started drinking and I drank a lot- like 2 litter maybe... after that I had good cleansing in the bath ( exuse the detailes )

so now- after that I got dizzy- I don't know if it is from the water, from not drinking - from drinking too fast...

the thing that scear me is the toxin that get released can poisen us- I just read that ( can't give you a link it is not English )- in general fasting - so I thout maybe thats what is happening?

anyway- I will see how I feel later or in the morning and take from ther- I feel a bit unresponsibole doing all this without a Dr supervizion Tweet
