I did my 37th Liver Flush last night. I'm starting a kidney cleanse tommorrow and will be doing another Liver Flush in two to four weeks. After that I'm going to attempt a master cleanse.

I have a friend that just finished a Master-Cleanse and am asking his advice on how long to wait between Liver Flush and MC.

I'd love to hear what eveyone here has to say about that too. :)

Read posts in the Liver Flush Forum missp. I do the Andreas Moritz flush. So check the Ask Andreas Forum as well. Read all the posts you can incuding his archived forums.

Knowledge is the key. :) Feel comfortable to do these things.
