More people on earth live on seeds than any other foods---the poorest people eating simple rice and often nothing but rice....have the straightest backs, strongest muscles.
Complex dead animals and chemical diets and lots of rock filled water, not only takes as much as 80% of the human energy to digest, all the wrong foods accumulated and feeds the worms inside and on the outside of humans.
Processed or cooked foods cause all the problems---100% of all proper foods are never cooked and best picked and consumed whole.....seeds, berries and fruits need no kitchen, no processing. Drs 100+ years ago were writing their books saying the cook is the one filling the grave yards with their children.
