Breathing problems

I have been having breathing issues for 3.5 months that come with heart racing, tingling in extremities, left arm left side of face, it also will go to both hands, down legs, back and neck tingling with icy hot feeling. Heat in chest, trying to keep heart from racing. I have had 2 blood vessels burst which has never happened before. Feels like my nervous system is attacking me. Benadryl seems to help but iron looks good, lung look and sound good, heart looks good but cant catch when I have an episode. I also get pulled down to wherever I am sitting and feel tingling throughout my stomach. Dr's have no idea what it could be. I did not get the jab... Tweet
