DAY 1 - looking for buddies

this is my second go around with the fast. my first was 20 days. this time im shooting for 15 to 20-- i play it day by day at 15, but would like to clear my tongue before going off this time. what really kept me going was having buddies on the list. anyone out there starting up that can help me through?
