Hello, If I want to take 300mg Iodoral to detox, how much selenium do I need to take to protect? What should be ratio for iodoral and selenium? What about SSKI ? If I take 1g SSKI , how much selenium for it? Is selenium ratio to Iodine or potassium Iodide or both?
