20 Month Update
Hello everyone,
I think I figured out some of those weird symptoms I mentioned where my heart has anxiety. I think all the malic acid I took caused malic acid-induced fanconi syndrome, which is essentially metabolic acidosis (and mimics diabetes because the high acidity inhibits insulin). I didn't follow Andreas's protocol well. I just took malic acid constantly, and this might have been a problem (there might have been a reason he structured a two week break in between flushes). There doesn't seem to be a real solution for me other than pray the body heal itself; the kidneys' proximal tubules might be damaged.
On a more constructive note, I finally appreciate the
Liver Flush and have achieved great flushes. I don't physically or mentally notice any improvements, yet, but seeing the stones in the toilet is a huge encouragement.
While I think malic acid is highly dangerous (or at least abuse of it is), what seems to help most is just bile flow. I try to follow Julia's advice to get stagnant blood and bile out of the liver. She uses exercise for the former, which does work, but I also incorporated saunas; it gets the blood hot and moving. For the latter, I use her Chinese bitters as well consume lots of vegetables.
I also moved to a low-carbohydrate, or ketogenic diet because I suspect insulin has something to do with stone creation, and grains just seem to have a bad reputation in the health community in general.
