I know someone who has gallstones who’s been taking 1 tablespoon a day of liquid lecithin for a few years. Their condition hasn’t got any worse, but I don’t think the stones have been dissolved either as they still get attacks. Which is why I was asking how many tablespoons they should take for those 3 days in order to have the desired effect.
3 tablespoons a day, 9 tablespoons a day, 30 tablespoons a day? I can’t advise them because I have no idea and wouldn’t want them to take too little or far more than they’d need.
