Hello - Did you ever find an answer? I just stared h202 today - I bought a 35% food grade peroxide & diluted it down to 3% then added only one drop of that to a cup of distilled water to start. I have had many issues that I have come to "manage" but I think now I am having an epstein barr EBV re-flare. Looking to clear it.
