Re: gained 8 pounds quickly by doing lemon/maple/pepper...anyone know why?....terrified to try again

thanks! i was feeling very ill when i first did this. i have since then liver flushed and zap regularly. i am willing to try again....but i can't gain any weight. I am still trying to loose the weight from before.
i live in chicago. do you know how to go about finding a credible naturopath. i saw one here who was a quack.
