Mysterious symptoms

So I’ve been dealing with this issue going on 2 years. My skin is itching , I have a crawling sensation throughout my entire body and I also feel pin pricks or as if something is biting me. I also get long scratches on my body that look like cat scratches. At first I thought scabies but no one around me has the same symptoms. What could I be dealing with ?
