Good report back which is appreciated.

Electrolytes and water are interdependent, as they will exist in the blood stream in a ratio. If one goes up, the others are adjusted. The best source of electrolytes is intercellular fluid found in fruit a veg. If potassium goes up or down, it causes neuromuscular effects. High sodium stiffens the blood arteries and cause heart anomalies that feel like anxiety. If bicarbonate levels become elevated, this can cause general muscular weakness, irregular heartbeats, and poor function of ileum. This makes sleeping difficult with squirming legs and bad dreams.

Sometimes less is more.
