I had some grapefruits for breakfast today and ate a couple of the seeds too, along with a couple of avocados. I really love the smell. I used to really dislike my whole life, them since they were sour, but the more I eat them, it seems like they are sweet now. I've eaten more grapefruits this week than entire multiple years prior.

Years ago, I saw a product that was a liquid called GSE, grapefruit seed extract, that was antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal.

I spent a few minutes reading and found out another de-wormer that I've never heard mentioned here before. Turns out the esential oil of the peel of the grapefruit can kill parasites in animal feed.

Grapefruit peel oil is a powerful gallbladder and liver stimulant.

Grapefruit peel oil is also used to kill skin or internal bacteria and fungus, fight mold growth, kill parasites in animal feeds, preserve food, and disinfect water.

A lab study published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that when grapefruit-seed extract was tested against 67 distinct biotypes that were both gram-positive and gram-negative organisms, it showed antibacterial properties against all of them.

Years ago, a friend who's dad was a produce manager said to make oranges easier to peel, roll them for a minute or so with your hand with some pressure on a table. So instead of doing that, first time trying with a grapefruit, I put pressure on it and rolled it around on my lower abdomen for a couple minutes, releasing the oils directly on to my skin. Since the solar plexus is where your umbilical cord was - it makes sense that it would be beneficial for the skin to directly absorb oils there. Plus your hands will smell nice for a ling time after the oils absorb into the skin.

I've used a laundry detergent that has grapefruit peel oil, other citrus and other plant essential oils in it for years.

Also, I thought of this thinking about what William Brahman said about him, that he would lay his hands on a person's belly and pray over them. Thanks for posting those videos recently.

Question, is there a better way than the following to get citrus oils? Thanks.

I'll dry the peels out, crush them with a mortar and pestle, boil it with water, put the water in the fridge, and skim the oil off of the top.

Not bad, with a lot benefits, considering one fruit costs usually a dollar.

God bless.
