i recently did the four individual warm salt water mugs. easier than drinking all in one batch, though still tough. i started chasing it with gulps of plain water. this is what i also did, which helped my nausea as i drank: i took out my maple syrup, poured a tiny amount in the cap of the bottle and in b/t large amounts of salt water, licked a small amount of maple syrup from a spoon. the Sugar helped nutralize the salt in my mouth. the swf was still painful, as it always is for me, but i was able to get through the salt water without vomitting it back up.
